Project scope

The provider should deliver an analysis of the economic impact of AFW on the NSW fashion industry, retail economy and visitor economy. The analysis should consider factors such as AFWs contribution to brand sales and revenue; employment; designers engaged, their satisfaction and professional relationship building; business partnerships; attendance and visitor satisfaction. The project will be staged over 3 years from 2026-2028, with a standalone report delivered each year. After year 1, Create NSW will review findings to inform decision making on the approach for years 2 and 3. The provider should produce a project plan at the outset of the project outlining the data sources and collection tools that will be accessed, created and maintained for the project.
