Project scope

Winanga-li Aboriginal Cultural Capability Framework (hereafter referred to as Winanga-li) is a department-wide learning and development business model that supports leaders and employees to take culturally informed approaches to their work. To update and refresh the Winanga-Li training package to align with the new DPHI structure and policies, and include Aboriginal outcomes as they are a priority for our department and there is a strong need to increase the cultural capability of our leaders and employees. Winanga-li, meaning to hear or listen in the Gamilaraay language group was launched across DPHI on 13 September 2022. The proposed procurement activity is a select tender inviting 5 suppliers from the ICT Services Scheme to provide an update and refresh of the Winanga-Li training package with additional scope listed in this strategy. The contract will be for a two-year term (with option for a 12-month extension) with an estimated contract value of $500,000 (excl GST)
