Project scope
The engagement will provide specialist commercial and delivery advisory support to develop the delivery strategy for the SW REZ interstate road works. The services will include assessing and recommending the appropriate delivery and procurement approach, including proposed work packaging, sequencing, contracting strategy and key commercial and delivery considerations. The advisor will also support EnergyCo to identify key risks, interfaces, dependencies and implementation considerations to inform the subsequent procurement and delivery of the works.
