The AHO is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors with the ability, capability, capacity, and experience to deliver a Modern Method of Construction (MMC), design and construct (D&C) package consisting of a two (2), three (3) bedroom, dwellings (attached with a common wall), each with a full main bathroom, ensuite on master, powder room, double car garage and associated site works to meet the Livable Housing Australia (LHA) silver level housing standard at 20 Bolton Street, Wagga Wagga NSW 2650 with completion within 32 weeks from the Date of Award.
