Project scope
RA is seeking to engage a consultant to scope and design a National Advisory Panel (NAP) to provide a forum where state agencies, peak national bodies and industry thought leaders provide peer review functions to inform and review state-based work programs and build national consistency to support disaster adaptation and mitigation planning. The NAP will review the effectiveness of adaptation and mitigation outcomes by offering diverse perspectives, assisting with policy and project development, and promoting good governance practices.
