The BDA requires the services of short-term (three months) development management resources to provide strategic support to the Capital Partners Delivery team from October 2026 to end-Jan 2027 in its administration of the City Precinct Project Delivery Agreement (the PDA). Two nominated external resources will bolster the team’s capacity and capability by providing senior capacity and focused development management support for the BDA’s delivery of the PDA, including governance, program, and coordination of design, planning, approvals and delivery. The resources are to be procured under SCM0005 Performance and Management Services Scheme through a Buy.NSW registered SME.
