This Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) is for the supply of ICT End User Devices (EUDs) and associated services. This SOA will allow end users (NSW Public Schools and Corporate) the capacity to place discretionary orders for ICT devices via the Departments digital eCatalogue (EdBuy). This Agreement will also be utilised for bulk purchasing for centrally managed programs such as the Technology for Learning (T4L) program.
