Project scope
The State Led Rezoning team seeks to engage a prequalified urban designer to provide services as a lead for the urban design and technical services support required for the State Led Rezoning Edgecliff-Woollahra Precinct (the Precinct). The successful urban designer, will assist with the review of the current planning controls, including those proposed in the draft Edgecliff Commercial Centre (ECC) Strategy, within the investigation area, with a view to identifying other areas within the Precinct that could be considered for rezoning and increased planning provisions.
