Project scope

The Supplier is to deliver a feasibility study for a proposed Western Sydney Festival. The study should provide evidence-based advice and practical recommendations to support Create NSW’s decisions about whether, when and how a festival could be established and delivered. · Festival purpose and objectives (including alignment to relevant state and regional priorities) · Concept options and curatorial/program model (including indicative program strands, duration and seasonality) · Audience and community analysis (target audiences, access and inclusion considerations, participation pathways) · Delivery model options (governance, partners, procurement approach, resourcing, and delivery timeline) · Indicative budget ranges, revenue opportunities and economic considerations (high-level, fit-for-purpose for feasibility) · Any alternative pathways, including investment into an existing event that could achieve the same goals.
