The Central Coast Local Health District (“CCLHD” or the “Agency”) provides wide range of health services to the local community both in inpatient and outpatient settings. CCLHD is located between Sydney and the Hunter Valley region and provides healthcare services to an area of approximately 1680 square kilometres. The region is served by two acute hospitals – Gosford and Wyong, two sub-acute facilities and eight community health centres in addition to other community based services The CCLHD (the District) invites Community Managed Organisations (CMO) who are established service providers in this market to submit a tender for the provision of family intervention services for its mental health clients and their carers/families, which you feel delivers the best quality service best value for money, and meets all mandatory Policy Directives for both parties at the CCLHD sites. The Services are described in Part B: Specifications.
