In Scope: Hardware & Software Supply - Provisioning of AV hardware components as specified in the NSW SES AV Standards (e.g., displays, controlsystems, videoconferencing equipment, and network-integrated devices).Installation - On-site installation of AV equipment across multiple ICC spaces, ensuring compliance with all spatial,design, lighting, acoustic, and connectivity requirements in the standards.Integration - All displays, videoconferencing equipment, and control units must be setup to function with existing ICTinfrastructure and licenses.Configuration - Programming and setup of control systems, user interfaces, device routing, and room-specific presets.Support and Reactive Services - Provide warranty support on hardware and licenses, remote diagnostics, on-site callouts, and adherence to agreed service levels for system uptime, response times, and replacement.Scalable Delivery - Ability to deliver repeatable AV solutions to multiple sites across NSW, using a standardised design and pricing model that supports future expansion and consistent performance. Out-of-scope: AV Design - NSW SES have already defined a set of AV Standards to be followed for the required fitouts (these are attached to the tender).
