The objective of this project is to deliver dam safety reviews that satisfy requirements of the Dams safety Regulation 2019 and Dams Safety Act 2015. A suitably qualified contractor shall undertake the following activities for the Humphreys Creek Dam and the Humphreys Creek Tailings Dam, at a minimum: Establish milestone meetings and provide minutes from those meetingsReview all relevant documentationUndertake a detailed site inspectionComplete an engineering assessmentUndertake flood modellingComplete a risk assessmentComplete a compliance assessmentDeliver two draft dam safety reviewsDeliver two final dam safety reviewsProvide an action register (actions need to be priortised, actionable and defensible)Provice supporting documentation (inspection records, calculations, photographic records, etc.)A register that illustrates that all legislative requirements are addressed. This project will be deemed successful where outputs meet the requirements of Dam Safety NSW.
