In Scope: Hardware & Software Supply - Provisioning of all hardware components necessary to deliver the network topology specified in the NSW SES Network Standards (e.g., switches, routers, patch panels, cables) and any associated software licenses.Installation - On-site installation of network equipment across multiple ICC spaces, including all patching and cabling, ensuring compliance with all requirements.Integration - All network equipment and control units must be setup to function with existing ICT infrastructure and licenses.Configuration - Programming and setup of network and control systems, user interfaces, device routing, and site-specific configurations.Support and Reactive Services - Provide warranty support on hardware and licenses, remote diagnostics, on-site callouts, and adherence to agreed service levels for system uptime, response times, and replacement.Scalable Delivery - Ability to deliver repeatable network solutions to multiple sites across NSW, using a standardised design and pricing model that supports future expansion and consistent performance. Out-of-scope: Network Design - NSW SES have already defined a network topology and specifications to be followed for the required fitouts (these are attached to the tender).
