NSW SES is to be provided with the design, construction, fit out and delivery of 3 FCVs in accordance with the RFQ and the executed Standing Offer Head Agreement. The Specification for the Forward Command Vehicle (FCV) details its design, construction, fit-out, and delivery requirements, along with its intended use and operational environment. Mercedes Sprinter Vans will be delivered to the successful respondents manufacturing facility, or another location agreed upon by NSW SES. All three FCVs are ideally to be completed and delivered by the end of June 2026, as per this RFQ and the Standing Offer Head Agreement, unless unforeseen circumstances necessitate an alternative arrangement. Briefing: The NSW SES invites panel members to attend a two part briefing to be held at 10am on 1st July 2025 at NSW SES Operational Support Unit - 1 Drummond St, Coniston, NSW.  Part 1: Briefing will be an recorded online and in-person presentation overviewing SESs current FCV including use cases for operations and future plans and ideas for Gen 2. Part 2: In-person guided tour of the current FCV to allow panel members access to have a closer look and ask questions of the current and future FCV.  Briefing is not mandatory. NOTE: Current FCV may be recalled to operations, in this situation the in-person briefing will not go ahead. Confirmation of briefing will be sent Thurs/Fri the week prior and a register of interest to attend will be sent out prior reconfirming date and time.
