Project scope

This contract is for the engagement of an external provider to develop a DFV jobs taxonomy and a core functions framework. A DFV jobs taxonomy will capture the variety of roles that exist across the NSW sector through grouping similar jobs roles and their purposes. A core functions framework will set out how the key characteristics, classifications, core knowledge and skills and necessary experience and qualifications relate to the specific purpose of job families in the taxonomy.
