Project scope

The Principal is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations for: Residential Lead Abatement Round 10 located within Broken Hill. The works under this RFT may include but are not limited to: the removal of lead contaminated soil and replacement with new fill denoted at the time of the Scope of Works visit, building works necessary to prevent the entry of dust, painting of pre-existing lead-based paint surfaces, patching and painting of external venting penetrations, etc. This contract will have an initial term ending on 30th June 2026, with an option of a 1-year extension.
