Project scope

The Principal is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Supplier to deliver a comprehensive, telephone-based Injury Triage and Medical Referral Service for HealthShare NSW and Participating Health Agencies. The Service is to provide 24/7 access to immediate injury triage, medical advice, and referral pathways to support early intervention and effective management of workplace injuries. This includes facilitating timely access to appropriately qualified medical Providers across New South Wales, supporting both face-to-face and, where appropriate, telehealth consultations. The Supplier will be responsible for maintaining a qualified Provider network, ensuring service accessibility across metropolitan and regional locations, and meeting defined service levels for call response, triage outcomes, and appointment timeframes. The Supplier must also deliver accurate and timely reporting on service usage, outcomes, and performance to support monitoring, compliance, and continuous improvement. Respondents should refer to Part B1 – Specification for detailed service requirements, performance standards, and reporting obligations.
