Goods or services supplied

The supplier will need to deliver one or more of these services: · Mainframe Infrastructure Services: NESA wishes the provider to refresh end of life private cloud equipment, manage data centre racks; plan for expandability and growth, provide Disaster Recovery capacity, ensure adequate storage to meet growth requirements and deliver robust IaaS solutions within the contract term. · Public Cloud Services: NESA expects the provider to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the current Public Cloud solutions and provide monitoring, Antivirus Solutions Patching, Database Management, Reporting, and Subscription Transfer · Core Network Services: includes managing, designing, and maintaining the core foundational networking infrastructure required across NESA’s IT environment. · Modern Service Management Services (SIAM): NESA requires a single vendor who will govern and manage all service management and service integration centrally. SIAM services cannot be contracted without provision of one of the other three services.
