​​The BDA is required to deliver the enabling works for Bradfield City Centre (BCC). The BDA is currently undertaking the compulsory land acquisition of adjacent lands to facilitate the delivery of Stages 2C and 2D enabling works. This additional land is crucial to the development of the BCC as it will allow road access via Badgerys Creek Road and is recognised in SEPP mapping as land reserved for acquisition for stormwater drainage and open space. The purpose of this tender is to seek specialist consultant investigations, advice and reporting on the ground conditions and contamination risk for this newly acquired land. Furthermore, it will support the development of detailed design and inform the Review of Environmental Factors planning approval for the Stages 2C and D works.​
