The purpose of this procurement is to engage the services of an Project Manager required for Spring Farm Public School. The professional service provider will be requested to provide Project Management Services and advice on the project to progress it beyond the master planning phase. The scope of works is as stipulated in the Project Management Standard Scope of Services. The deliverables are: Fixed Scope:-Phase 2 - Concept Design (including Masterplan Validation) Optional Scope: -Phase 3 - Schematic Design -Phase 4 - Detailed Design -Phase 5 - Contract Documentation -Phase 6 - Tender, Evaluate & Award -Phase 7 Construction -Phase 8 Commissioning/Handover -Phase 9 Post Completion
