Project scope
The early works package will comprise a series of demolition, servicesrelocation, and refurbishment activities developed to achieve two keyobjectives:1. to de-risk the main works redevelopment footprint for the main workscontractor and2. to complete all works that are independent of the construction of the newtower and eastern extension.The proposed scope includes:1. The expansion and refurbishment of existing antenatal clinics, and2. Infrastructure works involving the relocation of services within theproposed main works footprint, example includes a radiology generatorand other essential building services.
