Project scope
The core project scope of PCLI Stage 2 includes: § Delivery of 60 residential units (targeting 6 sites) across three Local Health Districts (LHD) § Integration of clinical, housing, and operational inputs into a single documentation package § Management of site-specific planning pathways, being REF approvals § Preparation of fully certified (Design and Building Practitioners Act) design documentation § Application of the FDB, PPR, Mental Health FFE Guidelines, and DGNs § Collaboration across HI, MHB, LHDs, and NGO service providers § Each facility will support approximately 10 single-bed units with staff and communal areas, delivered under Class 3 provisions and subject to the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020. Provide BCA and PCA services for six PCLI Stage 2 sites across HNELHD, NSLHD and WSLHD. For the BCA scope, provide compliance advice across all project stages, review designs for BCA, DDA and Access standards, certifying plans, liaise with consultants, and deliver compliance reports to support approvals. For the PCA scope, ensure compliance with NCC and REF, validate fire and design requirements, and certify statutory approvals, supported by specialist consultant inputs.
