The AESG 2.0 contract was executed on 20 November 2021. This is the underpinning contract for the management of the myWorkZone platform. The contract was established in Department of Communities and Justice(DCJ) and since has MoGed to Department of Customer Services (DCS) since 1/07/2025.This contract outlines the “Run” costs for the provision of the platform by Accenture. It is subject to an annual true up process to determine the number of users as a basis for charging. The contract provides for a discounted cost for early payment. This is on a tiered basis driven by how early payment is made. This prepayment discount has been used in previous years when thecontract was managed by the DCJ.
