Project scope
The successful tenderer will be required to provide cost management services for Parts 1 to 9 of the Facility Planning Process, noting that this is a modified Parts 1 to 9 to reflect the relative simplicity of the structures being developed and that they are not clinical facilities. Of note is the shifting of procurement responsibilities from the project manager to the architect, who will be engaged as a Principal Design Consultant and expected to procure, contract and manage most consultants for the project as subconsultants. The cost manager will be expected to provide robust procurement and commercial advice to determine the optimum way to deliver three facilities in three different locations, as well be able to provide sufficient site presence during the construction phase.
