This Contract is for the provision of a single Contractor to provide the Boomi Professional Bundle and API Management (Tier 1) software licenses, with associated support and maintenance services to Lotterywest. The Contractor is required to: Supply Boomi Enterprise Platform software licenses. Provide ongoing software maintenance and support. Provide access to certified Boomi technical support resources. Provide enhancement, configuration and defect resolution services, subject to Customer approval. Provide optional professional services for future integration-related changes, as requested by Lotterywest. The Contractor must provide access to appropriately qualified and certified Boomi resources and maintain support arrangements sufficient to support Lotterywest's critical operational systems.
