The Rockingham Homelessness Response Initiative proposes the establishment of an integrated Safe Night Space and Housing Pathway Program to address increasing levels of homelessness and rough sleeping within the City of Rockingham. The Service will provide a low-barrier, trauma-informed and housing first service model that combines a safe overnight space with intensive daytime case management, housing navigation, support coordination and brokerage assistance.
