Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake enclosing the area behind TB4 at Cloverdale Education Support Centre. The Work includes but is not limited to design and construction of a new enclosed covered area adjacent to the two buildings in P Block, including a pitched metal roof structure, drainage modifications, lighting, ventilation and associated building services works. Works to be carried out from December 2026 to January 2027 school holidays and completed before the return of school 1 Feb 2027.
