The Department requires an accommodation provider in Albany with the capacity to meet the following business needs between 29 September, 2026 and 19 December, 2026 (81 nights, inclusive): 8 single bedroom apartments to accommodate trainee Prison Officers ('non-Albany' residents) for the duration of their upcoming Prison Officer Entry Level Training Program. single bedroom apartments for metropolitan-based training staff who will be traveling to Albany to deliver training sessions throughout the course The accommodation is to be a single-bedroom motel/hotel/serviced, self-contained apartment or similar. The apartment should be equipped with a bathroom/ ensuite and kitchen/ette (with cooking and meal preparation functionality). It is to be in close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, eateries, cafe, public parks, open spaces and a short (driving) distance to Albany Regional Prison.
