The Customer seeks the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of four transportable buildings, at Perth Zoo, for the establishment of an Emergency Black Cockatoo Treatment Facility in response to the H5N1 avian influenza (bird flu) threat. All buildings associated internal services, and set-up works shall be designed, manufactured, supplied and installed in full compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC), all applicable Australian Standards, relevant Western Australian statutory requirements, and Perth Zoo operational and biosecurity requirements. The Supplier Shall: Supply four (4) new transportable buildings in good operational condition Arrange transport and delivery of the units to Perth Zoo Provide all lifting, placement and installation services necessary to locate the units at the designated site Complete all requested fit-out works and building modifications in accordance with the requirements. Ensure the units are weatherproof, secure, structurally sound, and suitable for veterinary treatment and associated operational activities Provide all applicable compliance documentation, certifications, test reports, operating manuals, and warranty information for the supplied units Coordinate all delivery, installation, and commissioning activities with Perth Zoo's nominated project representative to minimise disruption to site operations Complete delivery, installation, and handover within the agreed project schedule The units must be available for immediate purchase and delivery to support the rapid establishment of the Black cockatoo treatment facility.
