WAEC seeks quotations for the provision, implementation, configuration, support and maintenance of a Financial Management Information System (FMIS). WAEC requires a modern Software as a Service (SaaS) financial management solution that supports core finance functions, workflow approvals, audit and compliance requirements, reporting and budget visibility. The preferred solution will be user-friendly, scalable, straightforward to administer and suitable for a small to medium-sized government agency. WAEC is seeking a proven, cost-effective, off-the-shelf SaaS FMIS solution that can be implemented using standard functionality and configuration, with minimal customisation and limited ongoing vendor dependency. Any customisation, additional module, integration or optional enhancement must be clearly identified.
