VP526340—TUH Kitchen Dishwasher Replacement - Supply

Suppliers are invited by the Townsville Hospital & Health Service to submit an offer for Invitation to Offer No. THHS128700-2 for the Supply and installation of a new kitchen dishwasher for Townsville University Hospital (TUH) as specified in Part B – Contract Details document.

The scope of the potential Contract will cover the following requirements (see Part B: Contract Details, Schedule 1 Requirements for full details):
• Supply, installation and commissioning of two (2) new commercial dishwashers, each complete with:
a. Stripping conveyor to suit each machine
b. Cutlery magnet
c. Automatic tray collection system
d. Component of Tray Lowerators – enough for 800 trays

• Training and assistance for THHS operational and maintenance staff with new equipment. Allow for training during commission and start up as well as a follow up training sessions after 6 months operation
• Proposal for maintenance and servicing following 12-month defect liability period.
• Additionally, proponents are requested to include the following as part of their submission:
• a. Optional pricing for a cutlery sorting machine
• b. A proposed solution for temporary dishwashing operations during the construction phase
