South Bank Corporation is seeking to establish a panel of qualified and experienced suppliers to support the delivery of its annual events, activations and public programming across the South Bank precinct.

South Bank is one of Queensland's most visited destinations and delivers a diverse calendar of events ranging from small community activations and wellness programs to large-scale public festivals, outdoor concerts, cultural celebrations and strategic partnerships.
To support these activities, the Customer intends to appoint suppliers to a supply panel consisting of six categories of goods and/or service:

• Category A – Temporary Event Infrastructure Requirements
• Category B – Staging, Structures and Rigging
• Category C – Audio Production and Sound Services Requirements
• Category D – Lighting, Vision and Special Effects Requirements
• Category E – Event Production and Technical Management Requirements
• Category F – Event Crew and Technical Personnel

Suppliers may respond to one or more categories and must demonstrate the capability, experience and capacity to deliver goods and/or services for the categories for which they are applying.

Appointment to the Panel does not guarantee a minimum volume of work. Services will be engaged on an event-by-event basis throughout the Contract Term.
