This forward Notice is to advise you about the upcoming Fleet related procurement activities that are due to the market before the end of 2026.

A short list is provided in attachments.

Please note that the number of appliances represent the minimum that the department requires, these numbers may increase over the term of the contract.
Contracts will be offered for 5-year terms with possible extension options.

The QFD will be releasing these activities via VendorPanel (VP).
We ask that you ensure that your business details, contacts, email addresses are checked on the VP platform so that you can be informed as soon as release takes place.
