DOT34778—DTP Creative and Design Services

The Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) Brand and Marketing Studio (the Studio) provides innovative graphic design solutions and supports all areas of DTP with their design and production needs.

In 2021, DTP issued a tender for Creative Services (DOT0560) and created a panel of providers to address this ongoing requirement for design services. Members of the panel are called upon when required to respond to proposals from the Studio for assistance to complete projects and other requirements.

DTP is now seeking to refresh the panel and invites submissions from specialist Creative and Design Services suppliers to form a new (replacement) panel that can be called upon when required to offer required specialised services to the Studio for an initial term of 3 years with an option to extend at DTP’s discretion for an additional 12-month period, following which, an additional 12-month period may be added to the term of the contract.
