ATM_2026_3500—Procurement of an Elemental Analyzer/Gas Chromatograph-Combustion-Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer (EA/GC-C-IRMS)

The Chemical Reference Values (CRV) within the National Measurement Institute's (NMI’s) Chemical and Biological Branch (CBB) requires a second EA/GC-C-IRMS to maintain service continuity and support current and future reference material programs. The CRV team uses EA/GC-C-IRMS instrumentation to produce and certify high-quality reference materials for anti-doping, forensic and food provenance applications. This procurement will safeguard NMI’s ability to maintain the validity of their isotopic CRMs certified through World Anti-Doping-Agency (WADA), Partnership for Clean Competition (PCC) and Sports Integrity Australia (SIA) funding.
