AZ6644—ESTJ8218 – Work Package 2.1 Logistics Node – North West (RAAF Base Learmonth), WA - MC

This notice provides information to Industry on the companies shortlisted to tender for ESTJ8218 Theatre Logistics Estate – Work Package 2.1 Logistics Node – North West (RAAF Base Learmonth), Western Australia (the Project) under the Defence Infrastructure Panel – Major Construction. Capital Facilities and Infrastructure Branch (CFI), within the Department of Defence, is responsible for developing and delivering capital facilities and infrastructure projects across the Defence estate. The Project comprises works to be delivered at RAAF Base Learmonth to establish a new logistics node comprising multiple precincts within the southwest corner of the existing base to be delivered by a Managing Contractor. As the Project is valued over $200 million, CFI has shortlisted companies from the Defence Infrastructure Panel – Major Construction to participate in the Project’s Managing Contractor procurement process. The shortlisted companies are as follows: Acciona Construction Australia Pty Ltd B.M.D. Constructions Pty. Limited Bouygues Construction Australia Pty Ltd Fulton Hogan Construction Pty Ltd and Laing O'Rourke Australia Construction Pty Ltd (Joint Venture) Further information on the shortlisted companies is available via the DIP Major Construction website.
