D2026/72032—Provision of Power Generation and Electrical Distribution System

This procurement will form part of the stockpile of Australian Government-owned assets and will address an identified capability gap. The proposed procurement is for off-grid power, and cabling in support of soft shelter camps. Each of NEMA’s two (2) camps is capable of providing accommodation and associated facilities for use by both emergency services personnel and displaced community members. Each camp is designed to accommodate 100 people and includes: - 7 x 54m2 accommodation tents, - 6 x 36m2 accommodation tents, - Internal and external lighting, climate control and water pumps, - a toilet block and a shower block, and; - may include a meeting/mess tent. This Approach to Market (ATM) is for the provision of safe and appropriate; off grid, diesel, electrical power generation, fuel storage and ancillary electrical power distribution equipment to support NEMA's two (2) off grid soft shelter (tent) camps, when deployed to austere locations with limited access to trades. Suppliers should provide generator sets in the 200 to 250 kVA range, synchronisation boxes, mains distribution box(es) with three phase and single-phase outlets (230v) and shielded power cables
