The Service Provider must deliver the required Services per the Request for Tender. A summary of the key requirements is as follows: Operational and Support Services: the Service Provider must provide operational and support services for the end-to-end delivery of the National Cancer Screening Register (NCSR), including service implementation and transition planning services, call centre services, health care provider or integration training, web content management services, mailhouse management services, reporting services, program participation management services, screening management services, screening assessment management services, screening diagnosis management services, participant outcome management services, ongoing review and assessment services, and continuous improvement, engagement and integration support for clinical providers. ICT Requirements: the Service Provider must design and implement the NCSR and provide Services on an ongoing basis, including implementation and transition planning, design services, build services, testing services, data migration, deployment services, project management services, infrastructure services, software support services, IT service desk services, IT service management services, IT application lifecycle services, and continuous improvement. Functional Requirements: the Service Provider must ensure the functional requirements are met, including supporting the engagement of participants, managing participation in the program, managing screening, managing assessments, ensuring participant follow-up with a specialist, managing outcome, retrieving reports and data, registering management services, supporting integration by clinical providers and data migration tasks. Non-Functional Requirements: the Service Provider must ensure the non-functional requirements are met, including security, authentication and authorisation requirements, audit requirements, archive requirements, availability requirements, performance requirements, reporting requirements, capacity and scalability requirements, accessibility and usability requirements, interoperability and integration requirements, backup and restoration requirements, data and information requirements, architectural and design requirements, and testing requirements.
