APRA is seeking a secure, configurable and user-centred Board Management Software solution delivered as a managed software service, together with the implementation, configuration, integration, training, support, maintenance, transition and exit services required for its successful operation. APRA is not seeking only a document repository or electronic PDF reader. The proposed solution must operate as a governance workflow and meeting-management platform supporting the lifecycle from forward planning and paper preparation through to meeting conduct, decisions, actions, records handover, reporting, ongoing support and contract exit.
