The Australian Synchrotron (AS) is a world-class research facility operated by the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO), located in Clayton, Victoria. The facility supports advanced research across a broad range of scientific disciplines and plays a critical role in Australia’s innovation and science infrastructure. Operating continuously on a 24/7 basis, the Synchrotron comprises highly specialised laboratory environments, including beamlines, technical workshops, mechanical services areas, and user accommodation. The purpose of the EOI is for ANSTO to understand the current market capabilities, experiences and delivery method and compliance for the supply a high current and high voltage pulsed power supply (PPS) for a non-linear injection kicker magnet (NLK) in the storage ring (SR).
