Tenders are invited to tender for the Bruce Highway (St Lawrence – Mackay), Sarina – Homebush Road to Perry Road pavement strengthening from Ch 123.168 Km – Ch 130.125Km

• Key features of the project include:
• Full-depth asphalt pavement strengthening to achieve a 20-year design life
• Excavation of the existing pavement and seal layer to a depth of 250 mm
• Preparation of the existing surface, including use of the improved pavement layer as subbase before placement of the base layer
• Placement of a 190 mm EME2 base layer
• Application of an S25E waterproofing seal with 10 mm aggregate
• Placement of 60 mm SMA14 asphalt surfacing
• Linemarking

Tenderers are advised that the following prequalification level apply to the Contract:
Major: A4
Financial: F75
Minor: R1
