VP519791—CQURFQ-26-35-DFM - ROK Road and Carpark Repairs

The works comprise construct-only activities for the preparation and repaving of existing bitumen roadways and car parking areas within the CQUniversity North Rockhampton campus.
The scope also includes upgrades to existing car park lighting infrastructure where assets have been identified as failing.

The objective of the works is to reinstate surface condition, structural integrity, safety, and ride quality in accordance with the Principal’s requirements.

The works are divided into Five (5) separable portions and are to be executed in a professional manner consistent with industry best practice and all applicable Australian Standards, unless otherwise noted.

Separable portion 1 – Darambal Rd, Round-about
Separable Portion 2 - Kidston Drive, Southbound side of the road
Separable Portion 3 - Founders Drive at University Drive intersection
Separable Portion 4 – Carpark 8 (CP8) Solar lighting
Separable Portion 5 – Carpark 8 Resealing and remarking
