Description
- JCU (The Principal) intends to refurbish Building 060 within the Estate Precinct located at Bebegu Yumba campus in order to accommodate the relocation of the Boating and Diving department.
- The Contractor shall undertake the design development, certification, refurbishment works, service modifications, commissioning and handover of the facility under a Medium Works Contract.
- The Principal will provide:
- Architectural Sketch Design.
- JCU General Preliminaries.
- JCU Design Guidelines and Specifications (available at: Design Guidelines - Estate - JCU Australia)
- Space Data Sheets.
- Minimum Electrical Plan (preliminary, not for construction).
- Compressor Airline Arrangement, Layout, and Air Line Layout photographs (indicative information only; not for design or construction use – to be confirmed with Integrated Safety Group).
