Stage 1 – Transition to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O): - Support the buyer’s internal champions in the delivery of ‘train the trainer’ sessions subject matter experts; and - guide the buyer’s internal champions, review and provide feedback on training guides for key business areas, to be advised by the buyer - review all of Microsoft Consulting Services' (MCS) project documentation for all modules and provide feedback - provide feedback and support to the buyer during User Acceptance Testing - provide feedback to the buyer during Deployment and Post Go Live Stage 2 – Post-Implementation Support: Following a handover from Microsoft Consulting Services, the seller will provide ongoing support to the buyer for D365 F&O. Support hours will be calculated in 30-minute increments, conducted offshore and may include projects, enhancements such as a new report and work on regular upgrades which require five (5) days or less consulting days of effort.
