Stage 1 – Transition to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O):
- Support the buyer’s internal champions in the delivery of ‘train the trainer’ sessions subject matter experts; and

Stage 2 – Post-Implementation Support:

Support hours will be calculated in 30-minute increments, conducted offshore and may include projects, enhancements such as a new report and work on regular upgrades which require five (5) days or less consulting days of effort.
