The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Removing existing roofing system and associated roof plumbing including tiled and metal roof, gutters and downpipes.Removing existing eaves and facia, flashing etc.Allow for full replacement of battens.Engage an independent structural engineer to inspect the roof framing condition and confirm repair where necessary. (provisional sum of roof framing repair provided tender document). The engaged structural engineer to certify upon repairs (if required).Install new metal roof system, insulation sarking, wires, gutter, downpipes, eaves and facia, flashing etc.CCTV camera inspection and jet-blasting of existing in-ground stormwater line connected to rear building’s roof plumbing. In-ground stormwater remedial (if necessary) to be determined during construction after camera inspection.All necessary temporary working-from height platforms and protection measures.Water testing of critical installation areas.Compliance certification upon completion and warranty.Provide a 12-month Post Completion Period.
