Project scope

The objective of this procurement exercise is select a Contractor to refurbish four (4) units at: - 1/178 Pitman Avenue, Buronga NSW 2739 - 2/178 Pitman Avenue, Buronga NSW 2739 - 1/180 Pitman Avenue, Buronga NSW 2739 - 2/180 Pitman Avenue, Buronga NSW 2739 The objective of this procurement exercise is to help increase the current KWH Portfolio by refurbishing exist KWH properties to meet current standards. These refurbished homes must blend in and look indistinguishable from new private housing. All KWH refurbishments must comply with the NCC performance requirements as a minimum, through either the deemed-to-satisfy solutions or acceptable alternative solutions. The works are to be completed prior to 26 September 2025.
