1.2 Summary Scope of Work The scope of work for the station includes but is not limited to: a. Reconfiguration of the station medications room, storage areas and facilities. b. Repairs to the station plant room brickwork. c. HVAC system repairs, emergency lighting, and signage in the station. d. Provide a 12-month Defects Liability Period (DLP). The scope of works for the residence includes but is not limited to: a. External repairs to the residence, brickwork, lintels, eaves, gutters and downpipes. b. Refurbishment of the residence interior including floor coverings, painting, bathroom refurbishment and an internal reconfiguration. c. Demolition of the residence garage and replacement with hard standing. d. HVAC system repairs, emergency lighting, and signage in both residence buildings. e.
