VP526687—Civil Works - Carpark Upgrade Sippy Downs

As part of the University of the Sunshine Coast Asset Renewal Programme, UniSC is undertaking civil upgrades to Carpark 17, Carpark 2, and the pedestrian pathway between Building B and the Internal Ring Road. The existing car parks and pathway have experienced asset deterioration and no longer fully meet current safety, accessibility, and performance requirements. The project will renew these assets to maintain functionality, improve accessibility, and reduce ongoing maintenance demands.

The work will be delivered under a Design and Construct model, with UniSC providing baseline geotechnical and survey information for reference purposes only. The Contractor shall verify all information and remains responsible for the completeness, coordination, certification and constructability of the final design solution.
