VP526483—Principal Contractor for Cooktown Residential Aged Care (RAC) Sunbird Cottage - Roof Upgrade

The existing roof has reached the end of its serviceable life and has experienced water ingress at the two valleys on the southern side. To minimise the risk of further deterioration and allow the broader refurbishment works to proceed, TCHHS is undertaking a standalone roof replacement package in advance of the internal refurbishment works.

The project will provide a complete replacement of the existing roofing system, associated rainwater goods and nominated ancillary components while maintaining the integrity of the facility and ensuring the completed roof provides a durable, compliant and weatherproof asset suitable for the tropical conditions of Far North Queensland.
